Poor customer service. I have attempted to get my nails done at this location twice. The first time, I was a walk in - and was recommended to make an appointment, which I did - I showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment. I was not seen at the appointment time, I waited over 40 minutes and was still not seen. Attempted to go back 15 minutes after they opened during a non busy weekday. No one was being serviced and it was completely empty. The lady then told me they don’t open until 10 - it was 10:15. Then she insisted I needed an appointment when no one was waiting or being taken care of, I was the only person in the salon. Will not be trying again.

Had a great experience here. I was a walk in and was accommodated right away. Veronica was my nail tech and she was so attentive to detail even with a standard pedicure. I felt comfortable and will definitely come back.

Wow! Just wow! My first time here and Veronica gave me a fabulous pedicure. She spent 1 1/2 hours - very thorough. Everyone here is super nice! I will be back!!!

I highly recommend Abel Is amazing I love how he takes time to explain the process and Very thorough with products that he uses on hair coloring. Veronica and Claudia are absolutely phenomenal. The quality of the work that they put into Your hands and feet is what makes this place Exceptional salon, and spa. The hospitality given as soon as you walk in, the door is absolutely the best !! What a great team.
